*******What shipping service will be used to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped via USPS priority mail or FedEx home delivery. Tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped. Shipping service is up gradable upon request. Please contact seller before purchase.

******** Combine shipping rate is only eligible for items that are shipped to the same address. If you are purchasing more than one items and having them shipped to different addresses, please make two or more transactions or a separate bill will be sent to you.

********* What to do if the item received is damaged?
If for any reason this item is damaged when you received it, please DO NOT throw away any packing material or broken pieces and contact me ASAP.


Refunds and Exchanges
******** How do I receive refund or replacement item?
If the item was broken in the mail, you can choose to either get a refund or replacement item. Please understand all refund or replacement piece will be made or sent after insurance claim is closed. As the claim is filed online, there might be furture steps needed to cooperate postal investigation, such as bringing the damaged item and packing to your local post office. Due to the bad experience previously, after receiving replacement item customer refuse to cooperate. I have to hold on the refunds and replacement items from now on. I sincerely appreciate your understanding. 
Insurance claim normally takes 3-5 weeks, but in some cases it may takes up to 60 days.
